Intratek Computer, Inc. is looking for a Sr. Field Service Technician to support our client in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

Position Overview
The Deskside Support team is conducting an enterprise-wide computer refresh initiative to replace aging desktop and laptop equipment. This role will provide hands-on deskside and field support for hardware deployments, device replacements, end-user setup, and migration activities while maintaining excellent customer service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, install, configure, and replace desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, docking stations, and related peripherals
- Support enterprise-wide PC refresh and migration projects
- Image, configure, and set up new computer systems
- Migrate user data and verify system functionality
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Windows operating system issues
- Provide deskside technical support to end users in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate deployment schedules and manage assigned tickets independently
- Maintain accurate inventory, asset tracking, and deployment documentation
- Assist with equipment transportation, setup, and relocation activities as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical support role
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and Windows operating systems
- Experience supporting desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deployments daily
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation, punctual attendance, and a valid driver’s license required
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to successfully pass a CJIS background check
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with enterprise PC refresh or deployment projects
- Experience with SCCM, Intune, or other imaging/deployment tools
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with ticketing systems and asset management tools
- CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or related certifications
- Experience working in enterprise or corporate IT environments
