Intratek Computer, Inc., an Irvine, California based company, was founded and incorporated in 1989 as a computer service, support, and networking firm to provide state-of-the-art customized information technology solutions for Federal, State and County agencies, as well as leading private commercial accounts. We have comprehensive experience providing IT support services, including hardware and software support, maintenance and repair, programming, professional staffing, networking, web design and development, and helpdesk implementation and management.

We are seeking a Senior .NET Software Developer to design, build, and deliver modern web applications, RESTful services/APIs, and AI chatbot capabilities for technology initiatives within Court Technology Services. The developer will collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, and operations to deliver secure, maintainable solutions across backend, frontend, and AI integration layers.

Project Overview:

The project aimed at improving customer experience by introducing an online scheduling system that includes queuing functionality, reminder notifications, and wayfinding capabilities. The solution will feature both a traditional user interface and a conversational user interface.

Technology, Tools & Practices:

Core Back End
• C# (.NET 7/8), ASP.NET Core (minimal APIs & MVC), Web API; Entity Framework Core
• Databases: SQL Server / Azure SQL; PostgreSQL
• Messaging/Integration: Azure Service Bus, Event Grid; REST/JSON; OpenAPI/Swagger

Front End
• Angular
• UI/UX engineering: modular components, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), responsive design

AI Chatbots & Conversational Applications
• Azure OpenAI Service; Azure Bot Service & Bot Framework SDK ; Azure AI Search (vector & hybrid search)
• LLM orchestration frameworks
• RAG patterns (retrieval augmented generation), embeddings, grounding, prompt design
• Model Context Protocol (MCP) for integrating AI agents and orchestrating model-aware workflows
• Responsible AI, safety filters, telemetry, and logging

DevOps & Observability
• Azure DevOps or GitHub (repos, boards, pipelines); CI/CD automation for .NET and Angular
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes-based deployments
• Experience with incident management, SLOs/SLIs, and reliability engineering practices

Security & Compliance
• Entra ID (Azure AD), OAuth 2.0/OIDC, MSAL for SPAs
• RBAC, secure coding practices

Testing & Quality
• Automated unit, integration, and API tests (xUnit/NUnit/MSTest)
• Performance/load testing; accessibility testing
• Static analysis and code-quality gates

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Strong architecture and design skills (DDD, clean architecture, API lifecycle management)
• Skilled in designing efficient data models (SQL and NoSQL)
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
• Strong experience in root cause analysis and post-incident reviews, driving continuous improvement
• Ability to contribute to system design discussions with a focus on reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in Agile teams
• Ability to mentor others and lead technical discussions
