Core Responsibilities:
A Junior Analyst must have experience with data gathering and creating reports to display data using common office automation tools.

Description
• Support the Client in the implementation and ongoing management of IT Service Management & IT Asset Management specifically Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) within the ServiceNow platform.
• Knowledge of Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management.
• Assist in the data migration and configuration of the ServiceNow HAM and SAM modules to align with Client ‘s specific requirements and processes.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of asset management workflows, reports, and dashboards within ServiceNow.
• Assist in the discovery and normalization of hardware and software assets across the Client ‘s  enterprise.
• Support the creation and implementation of asset management policies and
procedures.
• Collaborate with Client ‘s technical teams and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and
system integrity.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and training activities related to the
ServiceNow HAM and SAM implementation.
Requirements
• AA or 2-year technical school in business discipline or similar discipline is required.
(4 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education)
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Understanding of IT asset management principles and best practices.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
Preferred:
• Knowledge or experience with Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset
Management within ServiceNow HAM/SAM Pro modules.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or other IT service management (ITSM) platforms.
• Experience working in a government or healthcare environment.
• Experience with ServiceNow HAM and SAM modules.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
