Intratek Computer, Inc. is looking for a Field Service Technician to support us in Dallas Fort Worth, TX 75261.

Job Details
Required Experience (1-3 years):
Basic experience working with computer hardware, electronics, or facilities equipment
• Basic experience installing or repairing devices such as PCs, monitors, displays, or electronic equipment
• Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing components
• Basic understanding of cabling, wiring, or peripheral device connections
• Experience providing customer service or working in a client-facing environment
Other Requirements:
• Completion of high school curriculum or equivalent
• Possession of a valid class C driver’s license
• Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• This position is very physically demanding with a lot of walking around the airport
Responsibilities:
• Perform basic installation, setup, and maintenance of IT equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve simple hardware and connectivity issues
• Replace or repair components such as cables, monitors, and peripheral devices
• Assist with installation and upkeep of digital signage, displays, or similar systems
• Perform light facility maintenance tasks such as minor repairs (fixtures, mounting, adjustments), equipment setup and breakdown, and basic inspections to ensure work areas and equipment are operational
• Document service activities and update tickets for completed work
• Provide basic support to end users and answer questions as needed
• Assist senior technicians with more complex tasks and projects
• Support setup and troubleshooting of basic Audio/Visual equipment when needed
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean and safe work environment
