Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly experienced HxGN EAM (formerly Infor EAM) professional to serve as a senior technical and functional leader for enterprise asset management initiatives. This role is a key contributor and escalation point for complex EAM solutions, supporting system extensibility, implementation, and optimization across enterprise environments.
This position is ideal for an individual with deep hands-on expertise in HxGN EAM v11+, strong leadership experience, and a background supporting Transit or Transportation organizations with complex asset and work management requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a senior technical and functional expert for HxGN EAM implementations and ongoing system enhancements

Lead and support end-to-end EAM implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support

Design and implement system extensions using the HxGN EAM Extensibility Framework to meet complex and evolving business requirements

Develop and optimize FlexSQL solutions to enhance reporting, workflows, and system performance

Provide deep functional expertise in Work and Asset Management modules, including Work Orders, Planning, Equipment Management, and related functions

Act as a technical escalation point for complex EAM issues and system integrations

Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to align EAM solutions with operational goals

Lead and mentor solution development teams during complex enterprise implementations

Support continuous improvement initiatives through system customization, optimization, and modernization

Produce clear technical documentation, system designs, and executive-level presentations

Maintain a high level of professionalism, communication, and customer service when working with client stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
-
7+ years of hands-on experience with HxGN EAM (Infor EAM), version 11 or higher
-
2–3 years of experience in the Transit / Transportation industry, with a strong understanding of industry-specific workflows and challenges

Proven expertise extending HxGN EAM using the Extensibility Framework

Strong experience developing and implementing FlexSQL solutions

In-depth functional knowledge of Work and Asset Management modules, including Work Orders, Planning, and Equipment Management

5+ years of experience delivering enterprise EAM solutions, including leadership of solution development teams
-
5+ years of experience with full lifecycle EAM implementations

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design effective solutions for complex business requirements

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Prior experience leading large-scale public sector or transportation-focused EAM implementations

Experience producing executive-level documentation, system diagrams, and project deliverables

Familiarity with system integrations and enterprise application ecosystems
