Join our dynamic Data Warehouse team as a Junior Business Analytic Application Developer. In this hands-on role, you’ll play a key part in converting analytic applications from QlikView to Power BI, supporting SAP BI, and managing analytics environments. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, troubleshoot support tickets, and evolve our BI infrastructure—all while gaining exposure to predictive analytics and innovative Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities

1. Dashboard Migration & Development
Convert existing QlikView dashboards into interactive Power BI dashboards.
Build Power BI data models and develop clean, insightful dashboards.
Apply DAX expressions and modeling best practices to ensure performance and clarity.

2. Analytics Environment Support & Administration
Manage daily user administration across SAP BI 4.3, QlikView 12.5, Qlik Sense and Power BI environments.
Research, triage, and resolve helpdesk tickets across all four analytics platforms.
Provide Tier-2 support for production issues and assist in environment maintenance.

3. SQL & Data Modeling
Write and optimize SQL queries in Oracle and SQL Server to support dashboards and data access.
Collaborate with team members to translate business needs into technical requirements for BI.
Maintain quality documentation for code, processes, and troubleshooting steps.

4. Ongoing Production & Project Support
Assist in day-to-day support tasks (e.g., refreshing dashboards, addressing data discrepancies, adding features).
Participate in the resolution of production issues, including dashboard refresh challenges or server incidents (e.g., Qlik Sense service restarts).

5. Communication
Provide users with hands-on orientation for newly developed dashboards.
Share progress and maintain project timelines using tools like ClickUp.
Collaborate with teammates to improve dashboard performance and user experience.
Nice-to-Have / Preferred Skills
Predictive Analytics: Foundational understanding or hands-on experience building predictive models.
Python / Microsoft AutoML: Exposure to scripting for data processing, model development, or integrating AutoML workflows.
Microsoft Fabric: Familiarity with data modeling or analytics within the Fabric ecosystem.

Qualifications

Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.
Proficiency in Power BI—dashboards, data modeling, DAX, and general report development.
Experience using SAP BI 4.3, QlikView 12.5, Qlik Sense and Power BI (user admin, ticket support, troubleshooting)—or strong willingness to learn.
Solid SQL skills in Oracle and/or SQL Server.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Preferred:
Exposure to predictive analytics or data science workflows.
Basic Python scripting experience or familiarity with Microsoft AutoML.
Hands-on experience or training with Microsoft Fabric.
Comfortable working in Agile or collaborative environments and using tools like ClickUp.
