We have provided on-site staffing to the government since 1989. Our processes for rapidly locating, qualifying, assigning and retaining staff assigned to client locations has proven successful time and again. We employ standardized processes to ensure contracts are fully staffed with highly-qualified personnel in minimal time. Additionally, we have the ability to fluidly transition current incumbent staff that our clients wish to retain. Recruitment processes include the use of a current database of available candidates that have been pre-screened and qualified, websites such as monster.com and dice.com, and advertisements in local newspapers. Qualification includes a background investigation through Kroll, ADP Screening and Background Screening Services, and reference checks. Candidates are pre-screened to ensure that they are technically qualified for the position and that experience and/or skill requirements are met to complete the qualifications phase. Assignment to a client location happens only after personnel have completed all required training, including Intratek and client training, in the areas of security, sexual harassment, and policy; have been provided a copy of the work requirements; have been briefed on client expectations; and completed all necessary paperwork.
